# Qualified Hires

Qualified Hires exposes a full Agent API and an MCP server so an AI assistant can run hiring on a customer's behalf: post jobs, review applicants, move candidates through interview stages, read verified hire records, and subscribe to hiring events.

Ambiguous names return a candidate list instead of acting; ask the user to pick. Any realtime voice runtime that supports remote MCP servers can connect with the same URL and bearer key.
